The material is very good as well as the customer service, however the product seems very uncomfortable and dangerous for my baby. I bought the tiny carrier since my baby is smaller than average but even at 4kg she sinks downwards and I have to lift her all the time with my hands. I don't feel she is safe in there yet I am scared she will suffocate and it's also uncomfortable to walk around like that all the time.

Went to totally wrong address! They mixed up delivery with invoice address: So had the name from the delivery address but the address from invoice address...so DHL could obviously not find the name at the address. This is just so basic.

Buying was easy, but delivery was slow (problem was with the delivery company though). Also, first contact was a bit slow, but then they were very supportive. Product has great quality and overall very well designed and built.

i asked in their instagram if the baby click carrier is good for 2 months before I will order it and they confidently said yes but in real it doesnt. its unsafe for a 2 month to be in that carrier. they send me a video after i buy it and the video is with a doll. ofcourse if you try it with a fake baby it will look possible but in reality it is unsafe. this carrier is good for 4 months old to be safe not unless your baby is very big in size. And when i come back to them with my complain, no more reply because I already bought it! I dont mind using it later but to ignore my message is not too helpful! Next time be true with what you say to customers! Your product is expensive so we deserve a good customer service! It was my second purchase after the sling so its a bit disappointing! Next time try to put the 2 month old in your video tutorial so you know how it is not possible that a 2 month old isn’t safe there!

Delivery takes not so much time and arrive in perfect condition

Extremely poor customer service.
I’ve been trying to return an item for weeks now. It’s at their local depot and is not being picked up!!!
Even after stating exactly where to go and what to do to pick up the parcel.
It is awaiting return back to us now.
No sign of our money back….
Poor communication. Unable to speak via phone although phone nr was provided to do so. Voice messages left but no answer on multiple occasions during office hours.
No reply to emails, the only contact we’ve had has been via Instagram, which they have now also stopped replying to.
I would definitely AVOID this company if for any reason you may want to return your order and hope for a refund of your money!!!
