Ordered two pairs of boots on the 5th December, still not arrived so its been around 1 month, communication is poor, and now their website or tracking doesn't exist. Scammers, avoid at all costs. They take your money and don't send the item

I ordered many many weeks ago one jacket. Payed lots of money and communication is nowhere to be found. Like the other reviews: don’t order by this shop it looks indeed like a scam :(

I wish I would’ve read the reviews but DON’t EVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I have bought a fur coat, paid almost 500€, it had to come in 5-10 business days. I contacted the company after 5 days, when the coat was not sent out yet and told them that if it will not be delivered in the time promised: 1st it’s illegal and 2nd I refuse to accept it as I will not be available in the address given.

These trashy people responded to me as “omg chill there’s no problem at all… “

are you crazy? 😅 I am not your hood friend, I am a customer. I emailed shop for 5 MORE TIMES, demanding to refund me as I refuse receive items in MORE THAN 10 days and to wear clothes from a trashy shop.

Today is 16 days after my order and it haven’t come yet. Yesterday it was not sent yet. The seller as well responded to me as “there’s no problem at all, we can ship the package when we want” .

It is illegal by the French law to not comply with the sale conditions you provided, I have the print screens of conditions from their website, I am no longer available in the address provided and the shop is not responding anymore and not returning my money.

I started credit card fraud case, French Consumer rights protection case and police for fraud and scam online case. They will pay a big price for this joke.
