Cancelled our bed delivery 30 mins before it was due stating a medical emergency
Not at all happy as we emptied the room as we could see on the tracking it was on the way.
Now due Monday so not too bad.

Communication given on time they would arrive which was very helpful, clean and tidy, left furniture all assembled and instructions given how to raise and lower table.

Sturdy bed solid wood.
The bed is good quality and looks sturdy once assembled. Delivery was on time and everything arrived well packaged. However, there was an issue with the slats—they were slightly bigger than the bed frame, which made assembly difficult. This needs better quality control. Overall, I’m happy with the bed itself, but the sizing error was disappointing.

The delivery guys were fantastic. Customer service topnotch, they called before theyarrived. Very helpful and understanding. I forgot today today was a bank holiday so my workmen were off. The guys brought it in for me .

Good booking system, received email with date and timeslot which I could confirm or rearrange. Rang half an hour before arrival to confirm everything was ok and then the bonus was they offered to carry the boxes through to the back garden for me too. Highly recommend
