Amateurs, they have scratched my new car door
In week 10 I had my 1 month old Mazda 3 taken to Byens bilpleje Sønderborg for rust protection and soundproofing.
The car was returned having a scratch on the driver side door.
Before the soundproofing I have installed an app to check the dB level inside the car. After they have done the soundproofing there was no change in noise level.
I the end I payed for rust protection and soundproofing and the result was scratched paint(on a new car) and zero effect in soundproofing.
I did not check the rustproof but now what can I expect?
I have contacted them on their website contact form and no answer.
Amateurs trying to make money and experience on other people expenses.
