Disappointing experience
I ordered a dress from CICI that arrived damaged. I immediately contacted customer service with photo evidence, but they refused to help because I didn’t have an “unboxing video.” They claimed to have a “packing video,” yet there’s no proof it was my parcel.
Their only offer was a 5% refund, which I find unacceptable considering the extra costs and that the dress could no longer be used for the intended event. Throughout the process, the company showed little trust in the customer and no sense of accountability.
I’m now seeking a legal solution and sharing this honest review to warn others.
