1st case 8of september open !!
1st case :#21045122 in first case they messed up my tasks they made them expired bifore time !! Have picture !!
2nd case #22078470 second case missing refferal as well as refferal revard.. (they say me frien sign up under other id with one is lie !! As well me friend send them mail and confirm that is a lie !! Still no fjxing an issue !!
3rd case #22415885 as well woth my refferal this time they acussing telli g he have 2 genders... thats insane and insult to the woman !!!
All of this must be public !! THEY MUST STOP SCAMING INSULTING OTHERS EACH DAY I WILL UPDATE HERE IF THE ISSUES GOI G TO BE SOLVED !!! TIME IS OVER 1ST CASE 8OF SEPTEMBER TODAY IS 29 OCTOBER NO MORE WAITING EACH DAY UPDATE HERE !!!

They accused me that I have 2 identity without any proof they telling that ima man and a woman at the same time !!! With logicly not possible so my case will be open because issue is not solved I'm missing my money whats belongs to me and until u don't pay me my money I keep updating here the issue each day !!!

The customer support is very helpfull. They really help you with your case. Dont worry somethimes it takes a while but they allways responded on my case!

Bybit is an unpolished platform that hides the basic facts of how they do business. That's what makes them act like scammers.

Concretely they make it easy to deposit, but then, when you want to buy premarket stuff, they require 10 more documents, so you want to get out again.

Then, it turns out, you can't just reverse your deposit. They still require more proof. This is ridiculous. They also don't respond on their help desk. Don't do business with this company.

# Examples

As an example of how things fail because the platform is unfinished: their Google Authenticator "2-factor", needed to withdraw, fails without any message as to why. It just doesn't work. Apparently they presuppose things that only work for their model citizen, with a model internet connection.

The site also logs you out for no reason at all, while using it. Then says the password stored in the browser is invalid, and require you to go through the selfie authentication process again.

The helpdesk doesn't answer tickets for 3 weeks, and then refuses if you try to submit another ticket. Why don't you just append it to the current one? Too difficult, it's easier to complain about the user.

These examples show how full of cracks this website is, and why support doesn't solve anything. They want us to pity this business, for they are doing such a good job. Here's a tip: If someone wants to get out, don't overload them with security measures intended to protect $100k investments. You waste everybody's time!

This is not the real bybit website. They scam you of your money once you deposit. I lost $42k. Thanks to the guys on my profile picture. They helped me get back my money.
