I absolutely love this brand bought multiple things here over time. The balance ball I bought 2 years ago for my first pregnancy. The fabric is very strong and durable and it’s such a luxury to be able to make it part of your decor and it not to be an eyesore and i still use it regularly. The yogamat is super supportive and absolutely stunning. Normally my hips hurt doing yoga but with this mat it’s absolutely no problem. Then I also got the meditation pillow which is very supportive and comfortable aswell. And I also use to pair on when I’m playing with my baby on the floor. You can tell these items are made to last , top quality!

I had a problem with the products, but could return them after contact with byAlex.

Last week, I purchased two baby changing pad covers at your temporary sales point in Zwaanshals. Although the quality is good, unfortunately, they are the wrong size. Given that the price tag is still attached, I contacted ByAlex to exchange them due to this error. However, the only response I received was "I think you should check the sales point. I don't sell these anymore." ByAlex made and sold the product themselves, and I purchased it last week. I believe their response to a customer is unacceptable and they should handle this situation better.

I love what I bought! Quality is the best! however, I feel disappointed because I read that purchases above a certain amount would be free shipping worldwide!!, I bought above that amount and they charged me shipping. I wrote in the chat and by email and they never responded to me.

Very nice product, cushion fits the wobble board perfectly. Only the color is not cream but a little darker with a greenish undertone, but it still looks very nice! Fast delivery as well!

I bought a ball for my office desk and 3 poufs for our living room. The poufs especially are great hit with the children (2 and 5 years old). They are the perfect size and so soft. They have great laughs and so much fun singing and "jump, jump, jump all day long" on them, and of course running throught them escaping the lava, or building a tower, or rolling them like big cheese. Even my husband complimented on them that they look so nice and great for the children instead of our old beanbags, and asked where did I get them from. Congratulations on your products, we love them!

Ordered the wobble original mat and cushion in Space for my little one; gorgeous print in a lovely soft velvet. Tested it out myself and really comfortable...now I'm tempted to scale up to the XL/adult version!

Gorgeous Wobbel cushion & pillow! So well made & soft. Fits the Wobbel board perfectly & creates a cozy, sweet place for my little one. Would absolutely purchase from again :)
