These are exactly what I pictured. It is nice having one set instead of different dumbbells laying all around

I placed an order on 30 OCT for an adjustable bench (order #20657) and as of right now, 9 DEC at 1500 EST it still has not arrived. In fact, I received an update saying a label had been created on 25 NOV but as of right now there is no tracking in ROUTE or via UPS. I realize with COVID things are taking longer than usual and I understand it however this timeframe seems excessive to me. I’ve ordered your products in the past and enjoy them and I’m sure I’ll enjoy the bench whenever it shows up it just seems to be taking forever. Feel free to contact me with any questions

The weights are amazing 🤩 I would recommend it anytime. The timing was too long! I waited for my shipment about 3 months, I do understand the times as well, so. But on bright side costumer service was great.

I bought the dumbbells to exercise at home since the Covid pandemic. The weights change very easily. I experienced no problems while using them. I would buy again.

Love the compact nature of these weights and the ease of changing the weight.

Great weights. Great cost. Shipping is a little slow, but they are up front about that, and we are after all in a pandemic.

I haven’t received all of my order yet and the dumbbell stand that I did receive is missing a piece so I cannot put it together correctly. I could ask for the proper piece to put it together but again it’s been 8 weeks since I ordered them and how long will I have to wait for the pi ce to get here. Overall I would not order from you guys again or recommend to anyone!

I received the adjustable dumbbells several months ago and have used it regularly. I had an issue with one of the dumbbells where the plastic piece that holds the weight broke off. This happened twice, several months apart. I emailed customer service both times and Kira responded very quickly and replaced the equipment with no issues. I appreciated very quick response and how effectively Kira solved my issues. Thank you!

The dumbbells work great! They are easy to use by its function. However, the dials do sometimes turn whenever I use them, but that is only a minor issue. Also, the stand sometimes causes the dial to get stuck to where I can not change the weight, but that is easily fixed as well. Overall great product for working out with.

I ordered adjustable weights 2 months ago
UPS tracking shows the package hasn’t been picked up in 14 days. Extremely disappointed. I get the same canned message that it will be only 3 to 4 weeks....The UPS order says it is only for 25 pounds which means it is only for 1 weight and I paid for two.

Adjustable core dumbbell set works great and has replaced a set of standard iron dumbbells I used to own. Customer service has been very responsive and helped keep me posted on shipping status of the dumbbells. Very happy with the purchase and the quality of the product based on a month of usage. Would recommend.

Great product. Works well. Long shipping but they kept in touch with me and it was understandable given the times we’re in.

Although I had heard about long ship times, and the tracking data on my shipment was not entirely clear, I did receive the items I ordered in about four weeks. I am thrilled with the quality of the equipment and would highly recommend these adjustable dumbbells! Very satisfied!

If you want a home gym but you don't have much space, then these dumbbells are perfect. The shipping time was a bit long but worth the wait. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the product and the customer service is absolutely amazing

I have written three times about my bench not being able to be set up properly and haven’t gotten a response. I’m very disappointed with the lack of response and help with this after paying so much money.
