Representatives were efficient, courteous, informative, and helpful during the rather lengthy process of cleaning up my files, etc., and establishing the firewalls. I was guided the process respectfully and needed redundancy was provided. Followup procedures were also explained thoroughly also. All-in-all my experience was very positive with RG Security and BuzzTech Expert.

Didn't realize this process would cost as much as it did. However it appear that I had no other choice but to have it installed.

Technicians have called them three times on the same problem that they did not resolve I will have to call them again soon to fix the constant problem.

Wish it were someone who spoke English a little better but he was very professional

I worked with Tim today on an issue that was very disturbing to me as I received an email in which I was threatened and being extorted for a large sum of money. He wanted me to pay the money in Bitcoins within 24 hours or he would release all my personal data to all my contacts.
Tim was very empathetic towards my issue and extremely helpful in reassuring me that it would not occur again. I was very impressed with his professionalism but above all his knowledge and his attention to detail . He asked me throughout if I had questions, all of which he answered in language I could understand. He is an excellent service provider with a lot of kindness and patience. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who experiences a similar problem.

Called BuzztechExpert at 1-800-785-1947 five times on 8/9 and resulted in hang up each and every time. Called again on 8/26 and got two hang up. I have a second number given to me in 2017 of 1-800-680-1574 and got busy signals both times. Is this company still in business or did they just charge me for 5 years of service and then fail to honor their agreement? This conduct gives internet businesses a terrible name.

Spoke and dealt with Nick regarding my iPhone issue, he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with all things iPhone. Will definitely return if I have other issues.

BuzzTech Expert corrected my crashed computer, found a source of the problem, then their tech took control of my computer, cleaned the virus', loaded new protection. Even though I am hard of hearing, they repeated questions and instructions, so that it is now functional again. It now works somewhat differently, I should get used to it. Most importantly, BuzzTech has gotten my back into operation.
