I wouldn't recommend your services . My experience was the worst possible .

The feedback didnt resolve the problem. Subsequent tickets not being responded for more than 48 hours.
Very bad experience
They take a very long time to reply, and when they do, they just don't give solutions. It's frustrating to wait over a week to get an answer, and then, get an answer that does not even address the issue, I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
Besides that, sometimes they close a ticket without even replying the questions from the customer.
Disappointing service, frustrating my best expecattions
This is just a recurring theme. To strictly speak about the facts, for one they don't reply to the HIGHEST priority ticket promptly. And when finally they do reply, it looks like they only want to answer their made-up questions, not yours. It's incredible the way they completely ignore your queries and go on to start a thread on some other made-up issue they'd rather talk about. it looks like they don't know what they're doing or simply don't care, since there are not many alternatives here in Angola.

Worst support service i've ever seen
I opened a ticket on December 30, 2023 and until today, January 4, 2024, I have not received any response.

Very bad service, they charge the domains much more expensive than the competition. I made the payment for 3 domains, the transfer was rejected, I ended up giving up the service and they blocked an account I had with another company called Mozdomain, claiming fraud, they blocked the domains of my clients that have already been paid for more than 2 years and they don't accept unlocking. Professionals nothing a big fraud this company.
The experience was awful
The experience was awful. I stayed more than 3 weeks without mu email, because your company received the money and didn't pay to the state company for the my domain.
