The turf I received was very patchy, bald spots in it as well. Yellow and brown on the edges, leading me to suspect it isn't harvested the same day as advertised.

It's sold as grown on grade 1 soil, yet I found pieces of ceramic and glass in it. They must have a different grading system to everyone else?

I contacted the customer support and hey, guess what? No response.

Not sure where they got their testimonials from on the website, perhaps they should have a trust pilot score on the site to make it easier for customers so they can't see the cherry picked reviews.

Note: Everything in this review was sent to them in an email, so they've had a fair chance to respond before I wrote this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Scheduled a delivery of turf, and paid extra for morning delivery. Turf has not arrived, and no one answering the phone. The one time I do get through, and I'm told they will call back. No call back and no update or delivery. Not good service at all! Now they've blocked my phone number. Taken my money and not delivered. SCAM
