Anne who also commented on this company is completely correct. I paid to set up an account posting a wheelchair for sale. It is still sitting in pending, though they’ve already taken my money and there’s no way to get a hold of them. The customer service phone number does not connect to an actual person and help emails have immediate responses as if it’s a bot responding not an accual person. SCAM
Be careful registering with this website to post your item for sale. You have to pay so they have your billing address and payment info that shows up in your profile details. There is no customer service. Their contact email auto replies. Their phone voicemail says go to their email. If you want to delete your account, you cannot. There is no option to do it and no way to get a hold of anyone.
