AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
On the 5th of May, I ordered 9 bottles. It took 45 days to get them.
As I wrote to them in many mails that NEVER got answered, TNT (shipping company that they use in Italy) never delivered it but I had to go their warehouse and pick it up, it was being kept there since April 6th
The worst part of everything is that 5 BOTTLES OUT OF 9 were broken and half empty
It was more than half the order, I had to throw them away since they were leaking
I asked them in MANY MAILS to refund these bottles, they just ignore them
I didn't want them to be shipped again since probably TNT is not going to deliver and they will arrive broken AGAIN
Maybe they should have packed them better
Also, I paid €8,90 for a delivery that NEVER HAPPENED
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE
I understand the covid-19 situation but in my city ALL the couriers are delivering normally (except TNT of course)
NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
Now I can see they don't accept PayPal as a payment option!
