Horrible Customer Service
The gum was fine. I didn’t know that I was being signed up for a subscription and I didn’t want it anyways, I wanted to try their gum though. There was no option for not signing up for their subscription or at least none that I found. The initial purchase was $40 for 4 packs of gum, the second charge on my account after I emailed them wanting to cancel my subscription was $75 for the same 4 packs and by the way the customer service representative was talking, it sounded like my subscription was cancelled but it wasn’t. I wouldn’t order anything from this company again.

The gum wasn't for me. Didn't like the flavor and too hard and struggled a bit to get my money back but they pulled through
The gum was too hard for me to chew regularly and hurt my jaw but maybe I just have a sensitive jaw. I wasn't too thrilled about the taste either and struggled to get my money back after returning my order but after posting a previous review, the company responded to me and asked that I contact a lead.
I did reach out to a lead at the company and I got a prompt response and got a full refund. Thank you Larine for honoring your guarantee policy.

Would not recommend at all. Very poor customer communication. They automatically sign you up for a subscription, take your money and don’t deliver the product (apparently it’s on the way). All I want to do is cancel the subscription so I’m not paying these scammers anything more! Happy to update this review if the company actually makes an effort to contact me properly to resolve this. I believe I’m not the only one experiencing this either.

Subscription scam
Subscription scam. There is no way to cancel the subscription yourself, you have to email support. I emailed them right after I received my first order to cancel and they said it was too late as I already received my first order!? Their website says you have to wait until you receive the notice that your next order will be charged to tell them to cancel. Of course I never received such notice, just an email to let me know the 2nd order is being processed and I saw the charge on my credit card. I emailed them right away and they keep offering me other packages instead of canceling and say they cannot refund this 2nd order as it’s already being processed. I honestly don’t even want to use the products as it’s been obviously a scam so I don’t think we can trust anything this company says. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very deceptive website
Very deceptive website. It’s designed in the way that auto subscribes you for recurring orders. The interesting thing is that their return policy invalidates any follow up orders. It’s almost like they're banking on people not being aware of this subscription and when the price goes up it’s too late. I ended up paying $30 plus shipping for two packs of gum that I don’t want and they refuse to cancel or return my order.

Dont sign up for their renewal service
The gum itself isnt bad, honestly if it wasnt for the way they treat people I probably wouldnt write a review. After being charged around$80 for 4 packs of gum again for the 3rd time in a month and a half. I decided to take a break, I spent around 20 minutes trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription. After a frustrating amount of time finally I get to a cancelation page. In order to cancel you get the luxury of clicking "I dont want to have healthy teeth" absolutely unprofessionaly. Then doozens of pop-ups prompting prizes for free stuff. Gratefully I canceled the rediculously preditory refill plan, that you cant get money back minutes after being charged because "they quickly fullfil and send out orders to prevent long waits". Absolute rip off for the price, crazy way to treat people.

Re-order scam
When you first purchase the product it automatically signs you up for a re-order and doesn't let you know before the auto purchase happens. I complained and they have refused a refund. I'll be approaching fair trading for their support on this one. Its a shame because the product isn't bad but I'll never use it again due to this outcome. Why shoot yourselves in the foot?

Definitely a scam, if not very bad company and do not recommend, no update on purchase after a month, says they shipped product but for some reason can’t find the tracking for it, and when asked for updates no reply, this is first time I’ve been scammed do not buy, also apparently there help email doesn’t exist according to gmail.
