Scam website. Made a purchase, tracking number never sent. Customer Support ghosted me when I asked for it.

Worst online store.

I bought a pair of sneakers there, but unfortunately they didn't fit.
I was asked to send pictures of the shoes and then receive further instructions for returning them. After asking several times when I would receive these instructions, I never got a response.

Just buy from another online store, but not here!

ATTENTION!! Counterfeit product sold as genuine, no response or refund.

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next% from this company (Order BK#21876), which were advertised and sold as authentic.

After receiving the product, I immediately noticed multiple inconsistencies in the logo, materials and construction. I then verified the item through official Nike documentation and comparison with genuine models, which confirmed that the shoes are counterfeit.

I contacted the company promptly, providing clear evidence and formally requesting a full refund. Despite the seriousness of the issue, I received no response, no refund, and no instructions, even after multiple follow-ups.

Selling counterfeit goods as genuine is illegal and constitutes consumer fraud. The lack of communication and refusal to resolve the issue only further demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and transparency.

I am now forced to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
