I tried to order. They said they don't take discover card. So wouldn't process my order. So I ordered elsewhere, then they did charge my card and sent product. I returned. They said they would refund but NEVER did. They said refund wouldn't go through on card so an echeck would be issued. I called 3 times -- just got same answers. So I asked my credit card and they filed a case. Company told them they never received return. LIES!! Discover said closed case. Company said because i disputed, they can't do anything. I've told them Discover closed the case, they received a letter. NOW they won't respond to my emails. THEY HAVE PRODUCT / HAVE MONEY!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I am unable to find a working phone number or contact email address to discontinue receiving future orders. I see from reviews below that it will be nearly impossible to get money back for product received but I would at least like to stop getting more product in the future. Can you tell me how you were able to at least contact anyone at good keto?

SCAM!! The phone number on the website does not accept any calls so there is no support phone number. I tried to cancel an order and no one answered. Then I emailed them and said to cancel my order and I didn't receive a reply until they shipped it. Then they would only give me half of my money back. I got the RMA number that they wanted and sent it back unopened and it's been 10 days and I still have not received the remainder of the money they owe me. Emails give you a bygoods.com email address but one touch testing is who bills you. That's who I had to call to get any money at all. They give you a big run around. Buyers beware! Like the previous comment said if you don't have the RMA number they won't give you your money back. I gave him the RMA number and I still haven't got my money back yet

My partner was scammed while making a purchase. Ordered one bottle and ended up paying for six. They refused to change or cancel the order, saying they were a third-party order fulfillment company. The bank would not help us because her debit not credit card was used. And even though we sent it back unopened, she has not received the refund and the company claims not to have a record of it, sending or receiving. They said we needed a RA number for it, which we never received. Upon doing research, I found multiple phone numbers taking orders and on further research found the company listed at an address in Wyoming. However, numerous companies list the address. But there is only one company at that location and they confirm they're the only company there when I called them, or so they say. Something very strange is going on, because there are law firms and healthcare and all sorts of businesses listed at that address.

Do not buy from this company. For medical reasons I was unable to use this product when I called to get a refund they started bargaining. They said to make it easier on me and to not have to pay shopping they would give me 1/4th of what I paid! Finally ended up getting almost 1/2 of what I paid. It was very difficult to understand the person and I finally just settled despite the fact they advertise easy refunds!!

You are not going to believe this but today I received another 6 bottle of gummies and 2 bottles of detox pills. This company also charged my credit card for $299.00 for something I didn't order. Thankfully my credit care company took care of it and credited my account for both bogus orders. Whew!
This company deserves negative stars but there is no such thing on the website.
