Absolutely horrible experience! I was lead to believe this site would solicit bids for a phone system. Instead, it gave out my personal information to dozens of companies and unleashed an apocalyptic telemarketing shitstorm. I regret even looking at buyerzone's website. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!!

I filled out a questionaire for telephone service and they sent me 5 referrals who all called. Made my shopping experience a lot easier

I asked for some quotes and instead of emailing me the information, I had a number of calls that disrupted my business.

Was looking for CRM systems. Seemed to have a decent list of candidates to choose from. Only issue was it refused to accept a non-US phone number

based on the amount of online scams that have been going around, my only suggestion would be to use a more friendly looking website layout and/or advertisement theme. it would probably raise loan inquires as everyone is very cautious now.

This was a joke and waste of time. It did not route me to the correct vendor for what I was seeking.

This is a good service. I typed exactly what I was looking for and within an hour I got responses from two venders. The BuyerZone website says that "up to five vendors" will contact. One more would have been nice, but I can work with two.

If you are navigating unfamiliar waters like me, learning about BPO and call center services in particular can be a very uncomfortable experience. Though BuyerZone, I was able to spell out my needs and have others contact me. Five firms responded very quickly, and it's very likely we will select on vendor partner from this list. Yeah, you can Google "call centers" or something similar and navigate through hundreds of sites or just plug in your needs via BuyerZone and let vendors call you.
The only criticism I have to offer is that one firm sent my way was an exclusively B2B call center and my request clearly spelled out my B2C needs. All in all, this site worked well for me to obtain the info I needed to understand the capabilities of outbound calling centers and get me to companies that could help.

Thought I was contacting an actual phone installer instead I now get a call or email every half hour from 3rd party phone salesmen.My error.

I usually don't get tricked when casually looking around the internet for information. But you got it done! Now I'm getting phone calls and emails from people I have never heard of and do not want to hear from.

It was very simple and straightforward to input the services I'm looking for, and the response was quick and useful! I have already managed to set up webinars and have already been able to gain information from the options I was given within the response.

I ordered some hard-to-find items from Buyer Zone and was pleased to receive the order -- well-packaged, timely and exactly what we wanted.

Overall, the experience was okay. We were shopping for a new coffee vendor. The person I spoke with got the name of my current vendor and assured me they wouldn't have them contact me, but I DID receive a call from the current vendor wanting our service. I explained to that vendor that we currently had them and were looking to switch. We did find a suitable replacement and they quickly got us set up.
