I used them to help me locate a cleaning service for my office. BuyerZone's site was very easy to navigate and had lots of useful information. Upon getting the confirmation email stating that the vendors would be contacting me via email or phone, I received a call from my first vendor in less than 10 minutes. The vendors that I've interacted with so far are all very nice and honest about what their company can do for me. I do not feel like I am being scammed by anyone simply because my office has a smaller square footage.

Buyer Zone customer service agent called immediately to let me know they received my request and that I should expect information from 3 different companies soon.

Two of the three called within 12 hours. I'm on phone all day & it's difficult for me to call companies back. Have been disappointed in the fact that yes, they called but no one has followed-up with a email which I live and breathe since the phone demands my time quite a bit.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed and crotchety, here goes. The website at BuyerZone indicated we would be provided four recommendations most closely matching our profiled needs. I thought, GREAT, I'll fill out the needs profile, provide some details, and VOILA, I am provided contact information for the companies recommended by BuyerZone enabling me time to assess the recommended companies and whittle it down to a couple, or, contact all four when time allowed. Instead, I've received e-mails and phone calls from company reps, interrupting our daily business flow. Prior to using BuyerZone, be ready to receive multiple phone calls and e-mails.

My time is valuable and I was tasked with researching merchants along with a zillion other tasks today. Your site made the research come to me.

The companies got back to me quickly and had a pretty good idea of our needs without my having to re-explain them each time.

On one hand if you want a response, you'll get it momentarily from the minute you complete your contact information. On the other hand, I had decided not to go ahead with my request, so did not submit anything. I had a simple question that wasn't going to be answered without having to go through a lengthy analysis. So having made the mistake of entering some information in the requested fields, I'm being contacted by numerous providers, all requesting an investment of time and detail to give me information I wasn't looking for.

The company your site referenced was familiar with local construction practices, knowledgable about the product they provide and responded in a prompt manner.

Did Not actually receive any vendor list that was close to zip code 76634

I typed in what I was looking for and saw the website. I followed a couple of easy questions, my address and within a few minutes, got a call saying that my request was taken and will be handled. Too easy. Great job.

IF YOU WANT HIGH PRESSURE SALES, CONTACT THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL CONNECT YOU WITH PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SELL YOU WHAT YOU DON'T NEED. ALL WE NEED IS TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT, NOT SERVICES.

I was asked new or used. I said new, so it sent me a truck dealer that sells used.

Unable to complete without a phone number... I don't have a number that's why I'm on the site...

Got 3 places to choose from.

Still waiting on a price, Kabota is the only people to give me a price.

I thought I was getting a single comparison quote. Nope.
More options and information throughout this process would have been better.
