I received my item covered in melted paint. The seller did not describe this bag as painted.

Buyee is a great site which allows you to get goods from Japan safely and cheap. Would recommend it!

Insanely fast shipping, clear walkthrough of payments, and Delivery Duty being paid beforehand instead of being passed on like a hidden debt to lower your credit score, is a huge plus. Best proxy shipping I've come across. Only potential downside is the difficulty in resuming contact with the original seller you bought from.

Many auctions are blocked for silly reasons. The standard silly reasons are: "Cleaning certificate, Certificate of non-applicability, MSDS, Other." These are useless explanations. "Other" should never be used since it hides the actual reason(s) for blocking the auction.

Many times the product for the auction being blocked is essentially the same as products offered through other auctions, sometimes even from the same seller, that are not blocked.

My initial requests to unblock auctions are always unsuccessful. Occasionally, I appeal Buyee's affirmation of the blocked auction's status by submitting a second request by email, which is sometimes successful. Sometimes the auction is over by the time the appeal process is complete.

The inconsistent blocking of auctions for silly reasons and the subsequent requests to unblock are frustrating and time consuming for the customer.

I recommend that your algorithm be less focused on individual keywords and consider the context of the keyword. For example, there may be other keywords that cancel the naughty keyword. Also, the blocked status of analogous auctions should be considered when deciding on blocking a specific auction.

Bought some products through buyee with the inspection service and they don't even inspect the parcels, I was missing half my order and what I received was also wrong. I would avoid using them, there are plenty of other similar services.

I did a consolidated shipping and paid the shipping cost but apparently an item was lost or listing did not match regardless it was removed from my shipment a refund issued... 2 days after the shipment left they found it and sent me a notice to pay again for the found item.. you would think that this would reset the timer OH NO now I have pay 2500 in storage for the item they lost that would have gone out with my normal monthly shipment do they even understand what they did so clueless I kindly asked them to drop the charge but, NO they sent me some message that it was paid for the day before it went over storage.... I have no words for this stupid answer So let me Outline it for you. I paid for the Shipping for this item and the item and the consolidation plus I paid for the weight in the original shipment and You Buyee cannot refund storage for a few weeks on one Item.......Really

Very convenient website that allows making purchases from Japan. Appreciate the simple process of converting US currency to Yen. Was a bit concerned in making the purchase but the complete transaction was quick and easy. However, it’s a little slow in navigating, not sure if it’s because of converting from Japanese to English on each page.The customs and delivery fees are fair, there are sellers on EBay that charge higher shipping rates within the US. Highly recommend anyone interested in Japanese collectibles to buy from this website. Will definitely buy from again.

I got scammed by a japanese seller who sent the wrong item. Buyee's protection fees turned out to be completely garbage. Never again.

Items are not packed well,just put in envelope with no to little protection, also not enough shipping options, others offer options they say they can't offer

I'm so happy that Buyee is making Japanese items available to the rest of the world. Ordering items and receiving them was a great experience. The process online was easy and straightforward, the shipping was fast!
The only thing I was a bit disappointed with is that it was very expensive. I paid for the items I that I wanted to buy, Buyee bought them for me, and they sent me an email once they received them, then an invoice for sending the items to me, the price for that was the same price I paid for the items, so basically, I'm buying items at double the price. If I'm doing this once a year that would be okay I guess, but I don't recommend it for regular purchases.
