Above and beyond service.

Originally ordered a product that had recently not been updated to be out of stock. Emailed them and asked for them to email back when it was available. As soon as it was, they emailed back to confirm I still wanted it. Within an hour I was sent the invoice. Everything went exactly as stated on the site. Received my package today. Customer service was above and beyond. I 100% be purchasing from then on a bi-monthly basis. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

10/10 these guys ship actual legitimate products…

10/10 these guys ship actual legitimate products in a timely fashion. I personally got furongwangs and chunghwas from here and they arrived within the week, and like everyone else says customer service is first class. They were happy to answer any questions i had (Ex I asked about where they sourced their products) and they ship real stuff and they also have a blog where you can confirm legitimate products as well on their site. Was a bit skeptical of the site itself, but glad I went through with the order. Amazing service and will soon be purchasing from them again. quite literally have nothing bad to say about it

Fresh product. Fast shipping. Amazing Customer service.

I was skeptical initially but everything is outlined and explained clearly on site so i decided to order. Payment was simple and i received shipping confirmation the same day and received my package the day after! (same state for me)

would definitely recommend this site for anyone interested in vapes and traditional products (which were fresh and well packaged) 10/10 experience.

Very good customer service

I ordered carefully cause not every Page is trustful. But this company toped my expectation.
The customer service is so good. Personal, friendly, fast and easy. One piece of my order was broken and been replaced immediately.
