They run deceitful ads leading us to believe we only have to pay five bucks for shipping then come back at you later for $80! Just another scammer looking to rip people off! Report these people to your States Attorney Generals office or the US Attorney General. These scammers need to be dealt with! Funny how they don’t even post an address and make things as difficult as possible to simply return their junk.

I bet wherever your trial statement is, it’s in small font too isn’t it? If this wasn’t such a scam you wouldn’t hide your return address and avoid attempts to get it. Much less offer a 30% discount to avoid it being used either! These scams are completely dishonest no matter how hard you try to disguise it.

When you offer a 15 day free trail, then you must get it within days. So you test it out and if needed cancel. But when you don't get it before free trail ends, and you have no way too cancel. Plus they take money from your count. That to me is a con job. Stay away from dangobuds.

Bank got my money back. Goods never arrived as they don’t exist
Well, this is my last posting on this company. My bank retrieved my payment so I’m not out of pocket. Dangobuds acknowledged the refund and asked me to return the goods ‘when they arrive’. That’s their way of trying to look legitimate, the buds will never arrive because they were not sent. The whole thing is a scam. You have been warned.

We tried searching for your order using your name and found one which was ordered in November. Our return or replacement policy has a timeframe of 30 days from the date of receipt of order. If you're having technical challenges with it, we suggest you reset the device. Put your DangoBuds into the charging case and leave the cover open. Long-press the pairing button behind the charging case until the light indicator turns red and then green. Hope this helps!

Great quality and affordable price
I got a pair for myself and my mom. I received them a little more than a week which was great. The sound quality is amazing, I personally wanted this for the ANC feature as I work from home and my mom has wanted wireless ear buds for a long time, so it was a nice affordable gift. I also got the case for us, so it's great to clip right on your keychain. Super happy with my purchase!

Happily surprised, great value for this price
Received in 8 days, actually fast. Was surprised about the sound quality and noise canceling for the price. Didn't expect much considering the amount of marketing these people do and the price, but was happily surprised. Battery life holds up like promised, pairing was easy. Great value for this price.

Delivery they say is 3 to 7 days—-try over 2 months and they still don’t send 🤦♂️🤷♂️
“Yha they was sent 2 weeks ago but we don’t have a tracking number” was the most common excuse

Late and unspecified delivery message after sale.
Dangobuds is an only online company who sells wireless earbuds similar to iPods at a much lower price. They do a lot of advertisement and positive reviews which seem to be prejudiced in favor being formulated all similar. Uninformed about that I ordered their product and don’t know yet the quality. Love to review later.
The problem is the ordering process. The ordering is interrupted with many interim offers of buying more than one, guaranty extensions and insurance all with difficult to find links in small print that you are not interested. That’s cumbersome but acceptable if they can keep their price low by that. The biggest trouble is that after one makes the buy there is a bad surprise. They tell you in a banner on the sale confirmation that the delivery might take op more than 14 days or more. A inquiry about the delivery at the support desk says that the order is processed, no date of delivery.
