I like the product, the stabilty and the comfort. i didn't like the fact that i was forced to refill the mineral oil for the rear brake becasue it was not working properly. I'm just little bit afraid of it becasue i don't know how it was possible that a new bike can come with a problem at the brake. Anyway now i adjusted the the brake by refilling the mineral oil but the customer service didn't answered to my last question.

These w******s sold me a bike with a few manufacturing defects, do not want to take the bike back, have sent parts to the wrong address, they turned out to be the wrong parts too. Their policies clearly state about issuing a refund when there is an issue with the motor which there is. They expect me to carry out repairs myself like I can become an ebike mechanic over night and fit parts that do not even solve the issues. They've taken my money and given me a defected product which they take next to no responsibility for. I'm taking this further so that I can get my money back from this greedy rip off company. Cold communication and contents of most of the emails often ignored. I regret buying a bike from here so much but after some legal advice, they will regret stealing from me.

Honestly I'm absolutely happy for my purchase, the bike is better than how I expected, I didn't have any problems yet, and I hope it stays like that 😚🤞🏻
I waited maybe too much until it came to me but it's ok , it's already past. It says 7 to 10 business days but it came after 32 days, but now is here and I will enjoy it every day.

the bike is ok but the tires could well be of better quality, and then there is the delivery, it is two over a month, it is too poor

Simple order process bike very well packed, simple to put together, also love all the gadgets it comes with especially like the free helmet! The range is also excellent, only downside - it really is a bike for tall people I am 5’8” and I am on tippy toe at the lowest seat setting. But other than that very happy customer.

bike,s was as stated .we are very happy with the bikes.ordered 2 bikes 2 weeks apart, had both in 3 weeks ,,easy to put together ..customer service is very very good .. answers with in 24 hours .. better than some british companys ..had trouble with one charger .. they sent me another one with out question

the bike is nothing as they distributed online
cheap material made with
the pedals are bendy and is impossible to fit them
because they send you the bike not installed like IKEA you have to do it your self

Nice bike, good quality. However thé brand is not well known IN Europe and few bike workshops accepts to repair it if needed.

Had to pay € 79 for new display while it was a fault of the aftersales/guarantee department. Didn’t empathize by considering to meet halfway in costs. I needed the display so I payed in full for it.

Spent 350 on a 450 dollar Stroller/car seat said it was brand new.
Latch doesn’t work and we just set it up two month ms after we bought it.
They offered me a 10 dollar credit lol I’m oout 350 dollars
*DO NOT BUY high priced items.
They will not refund

All went well, bikes were delivered at the confirmed dates. Only one thing is that the two bikes were apparently mixed up. We were expecting one on the confirmed day and the other a week later. Then, after the first one being delivered, we left the house and then the courier stood at our doorstep the same day. Outcome is that the 2nd one was delivered a week later, bur still as planned

I ordered a fat bike two weeks ago now. The €899 was transferred immediately from my bank account but deafening silence ever since. No news about shipping whatsoever. Phone number +85231687163 is a "not available" number in Hong Kong (of all places). +4485231687163 (UK) is not available either.

Four weeks later, (27 may, 7 weeks after my payment) I received my bicycle. The road was long and rocky but 3⭐ well deserved now. With better communication and an available phone number there could have been 5.
