The bike is nice and good to drive
The bike is nice and good to drive. I bought it for city use so I will be changing the tyres for smoother ones.
It was easy to put the bike together and easy to adjust it for my measurements. All in all good purchase, though I have only ridden it for 170km so far so time will tell how it will fare.
The display could be a little bit smaller.
For the delivery took about 10 business days.

bought two Vakole CO20 Max 3 months ago. due to the bad and cold weather, I have only been out riding them for 6 weeks and they seemed to work to start with. but now the torque sensor is not working on one. can still use the throttle, but nothing happens when you step on the pedals. have checked the settings and the torque sensor is on, but nothing happens there. the one that is not working has only ridden 340 km, which I don't think is very much. I think it's bad that you buy 2 bikes for 1600 euros each and only see one that works after 6 weeks of riding. have only ridden in the city and have not been out in the rain. the ones I don't ride are in my living room, so there can't be water or moisture. am really disappointed to be left with only one bike that works. my order number is BBG51916

I am very happy with the e-bike itself
I am very happy with the e-bike itself. The quality is good, it works perfectly, and it meets my expectations. Riding it is smooth and enjoyable.
However, the shipping experience was quite disappointing. Delivery took much longer than expected, and the process was not well communicated. This part definitely needs improvement.
Overall, I recommend the product because the bike is great, but the shipping service could be much better.”

VAKOLE EMT29
I purchased the VAKOLE EMT29 bike on September 24th, and I was aware that the delivery time could take several months, so I don’t consider that a downside or a reason to deduct a star. In the end, the bike arrived after about 2.5 months.
After receiving the package and assembling the bike, I can say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. The bike looks great, performs very well, and meets my expectations 100%.
I only had an issue with one brake, which was most likely a factory defect. After contacting support and reporting the problem, customer service responded very professionally and sent me a replacement part.
In summary: great bike, and the store and customer service are top-notch. Definitely 5/5.
Beware
Beware, these are scammers! We received a used e-bike and wanted to return it. The seller refused to provide a return label. We paid €200 for the return shipping. The seller has not issued a refund to this day. We have filed a police report. Stay away!!!

Do not trust
I've been wanting to buy a Vakole CO20 since last summer, but it's out of stock. I asked them when it was in stock and was told it would be out of stock between August 25-31. When we got there and I contacted them, I was told it would be between September 25-30. When we got there and I contacted them, the date was the end of October, so November, when I hoped it would work out, so I could get it for my son as a Christmas present. Now, after I contacted them, they changed the date to December 25-31. I don't think they'll ever get it and they're just hoping people will pay in advance, because every time I contacted them, they tried to get me to pay in advance for one. I'm glad I didn't, because I don't think they'll ever get them in stock. A really shady company that I don't dare trust when they keep changing dates.

Terrible experience in the end
I have been working with this company for 3 years now. Bought 3 bikes and many spare parts (batteries, engines, forks) because their bikes constantly break.
But ok, everything was fine, support was responsive and they even replaced some broken parts free of charge.
But last experience made me change my mind. I have ordered a new engine (300€), installed it according to instructions and it broke after half a year.
I contacted the support and they responded with this "This malfunction was caused by controller overload and is not covered under warranty.". Which is of course not true, there was no controller overload, we used the bike the same way as many years before - strictly to the guidelines.
So they refused to replace broken motor and used some vague phrase, which is a just a plain lie to get out of warranty claim. And after that just went silent.
I was planning to purchase 20-30 more bikes from them in the next years as we are expanding our business (delivery service). But now I will search for another partner.

Lankeleisi MG600 PLUS 2025
Lankeleisi MG600 PLUS 2025
The bike really did arrive in the end — only three and a half months later, just in time for me to practice autumn and winter cycling instead of the summer riding I had planned.
Before this purchase, my experience with electric bikes amounted to 100 meters at the beginning of summer. Over the past 2 week, I’ve ridden over 300 kilometers, with the longest trips being 2 × 35 km. In other words, what I say here may not align with the opinions of those who have ridden more or tested several other bikes.
I was initially very skeptical about fat tires. However, they seem to roll quite well on both asphalt and gravel roads — at least when fully inflated. Although the tire noise is noticeable, at least to my own ears when riding, it’s not disturbingly loud, even with the original tires.
Overall, I was positively surprised when I first saw the bike — both by its appearance and by the sense of quality. So far, I haven’t found a hill on regular roads that I couldn’t climb easily while seated. By using the lower gears, there’s no need for full motor assistance either.
However, I hadn’t considered how cold riding an e-bike gets as the temperature drops. So, for those living farther north, I recommend a windproof jacket, especially for longer rides. An average speed of 20 km/h is a perfectly realistic goal even for those who haven’t been cycling regularly.
The lights could be much worse, but I’d keep my downhill speed moderate in the dark if relying solely on the bike’s headlight.
Cons:
The front mudguard is too tight. It could become a problem in snowy conditions — even a slight misalignment causes it to rub against the tire. There should be more clearance. The front mudguard is also too short, so mud splashes onto the lower part of the battery for a few centimeters. I had to extend the mudguard with a rubber flap. The rear mudguard also needs extending, because the saddlebag and back get a bit muddy when riding on a gravel road in wet conditions.
The bike is clearly designed for warm climates. The buttons are far too close to each other to be used while wearing gloves. Pressing the right button is mostly a matter of luck. Accidentally turning off the headlight while riding in the dark is not ideal. When riding in the dark, lighting the buttons wouldn’t be a bad idea.
The display could easily have been made much more functional. It wouldn’t have taken much — just adding a bit more information in each menu window, such as what the menu actually does and what the options are. The five-bar battery indicator, where the first supposedly means 45%, the second 25%, and the remaining three 30% in total (a guess), isn’t very practical. Why not simply show the remaining charge as a percentage? It wouldn’t necessarily be exact, but it would be far more logical.
I haven’t yet figured out why riding without electric assistance sometimes feels heavy and sometimes light. I suppose I’ll understand it at some point. Somehow it seems to depend on speed — or perhaps on something related to it.
The rear axle apparently requires a special connector for attaching a cargo or child trailer, since the visible axle end is recessed and therefore too short to fasten a hitch directly. As the manufacturer is surely aware of this trailer issue, it would be nice if they provided full specifications for the axle in the manual.
The design flaw is that the walking assist speed cannot be adjusted according to Bestbuygear. Not everyone is a race walker. 6 km per hour uphill, tired, with a tilted pushing position. Possibly slippery surface. Wet, snowy, or icy. Seriously?
Other notes:
The black Vakole 17–35 liter saddlebag has proven surprisingly good, but if you load something heavy into one side, the Velcro fastening can’t be tightened enough (at least I couldn’t) to keep the bag from tilting to one side. So it requires balanced packing. Vakole could also explicitly state that the bag uses Velcro fastening. The photo does show Velcro, but it’s not clear from the picture exactly where on the bag it’s located.

Lankeleisi MG600 Lite
The bike was pre-ordered on July 14, 2025. Order number BBG47803 – the money was immediately debited, of course. The bike's shipping date was changed several times, which is a complete joke to me. The company offered compensation in the form of a 40 euro discount and a choice of a helmet or a suspension seat post (which is better than nothing, but a lost season, the stress, the constant waiting, and the repeated calls—they don't compensate). When the promised shipping date passed, the company couldn't provide any information; I had to do it myself. On September 18, 2025, I canceled my order and I'm still waiting for my money back. I do not recommend this company – not only is the summer season over, but the shipping is constantly postponed, and so is the refund (plus the money tied up from the time of ordering).

At least the money was refunded. But no one will reimburse the lost three months (frozen money, currency conversion costs, writing emails, postponing deadlines, asking for what's mine, waiting for a refund).

Waiting three months only to find out that you have to pay approximately €400 in customs and import VAT just to receive the package. This wasn't mentioned, and when you ask BBG, they play dumb.

Still havent received my bike. Order was placed 16.6 and now it has been nearly 3 months and the summer is gone!
Also, now the bike is stuck in customs even though, we are in EU and there should be no problems whatsoever!

The whole delivery experience was a complete fiasco. They sent the accessories 2 full months before the bicycle finally arrived - this in itself was a shambles and I twice had to visit the Post Office to claim the delivery (even though they said it had already been delivered to my house). The delivery of the bicycle was one month later than they had previously advised. They charged an excess for delivering to my address which I then had to get re-imbursed. I bought this bicycle 12 months after buying the same bicycle from BuyBestGear and last time the product was great but the delivery, whilst not as disjointed, was also poor. Either BuyBestGear don't know the issues they cause their customers with a whole range of delivery issues or they just don't care. Such a shame. They did offer me 2 free sets of spare brake pads to apologise - but only sent set of spare brake pads - enough said!
