Lankeleisi MG600 plus defect
I have ordered (23.01.2024) a Lankeleisi MG600 plus
It was delivered from a warehouse in the EU to Germany within a week.
After assembly I wanted to start the e-bike but there is no reaction "error code in display "error10" No light, no motor!
I have informed the supplier "Buybestgear" and after checking I was sent a new display (delivery time 10 days) I have connected this and the same error still exists!
I have informed "Buybestgear" but at the moment it is "Spring Festival holiday"
I wanted to buy 2 more e-bikes for my daughter and my wife.
But never again, which is annoying:
That the e-bike at the manufacturer "Lankeleisi" probably did not get a final inspection.
!!! The customer is the fool!!!

Good but to improve
Good service, impressive packaging almost perfect, anyway the bike arrived with 2 leaks of paint next the battery socket, somenthing very easy to be seen before delivery. That's why i'm not giving 5 stars.

If the battery meets the requirements can not be assessed right now. Some tests are necessary for this.

Buybestgear is a fraudulent and liar company. I initiated legal proceedings in Germany regarding this matter.
Bubestgear wrote me a comment in response to my comment I wrote on this website. I have never seen such a liar company and liar employees in my life. Both the company is bad and its employees are liars. Especially the person who replies to the comments here is a very liar and has no moral values. And I'm so angry, I'm on the point of crying. They responded to the comment I wrote 3 days ago. and now I will write down the lies they wrote and their craftiness between words, and then I will write the truth.
1. LIE = You stated that I received the bike on September 21st and reported the malfunction on November 15th.
TRUE = I bought the bike from the website on September 21. and the bike reached Germany from China in 1 month. The bike was delivered to me on October 19. I assembled the bike at a bike shop on October 21st and realized on the first day that the engine of the bike was not working. I immediately wrote to Buybestgear company that the engine was not working on October 21st. I have all the e-mail evidence chronologically and I sended always to Buybesgear customer service. They generally responded to e-mails late, within 2-3 days, and they asked for videos and photos from me on at least 10 separate days. Each time I sent them videos and photos and they distracted me with instructions to get the bike to work and it didn't work. And just like that, time passed.
2.LIE= You say that they sent me a part and after installing the part on the bike, the bike works.
TRUE=Since the engine was defective, they sent me a part of the engine for FREE. And this engine part arrived after 45 days and this engine part did not work either. The bike's engine was still not working. and I always wrote this to them. Let me ask a simple question: If the bike's engine wasn't defective, why would this company send me a FREE part? And if you have a conscience, when did I write to you that the bike's engine was running, send me this evidence by e-mail, and I will apologize to you. Otherwise you are a liar. and be ashamed to look at your children's faces.
3. LIE = You said that I was using the bike and that I was use bike
TRUE = I have not used or ridden this bike even for a single day. The bike looks as new as the first day and even the purchase bags are still on it. I have written in all my e-mails since the first day that I do not ride a bike. You are unscrupulous people. I am the person who has been keeping me busy since the first day, waiting for cargo for months, waiting for parts, sending videos and photos. I informed you every day. I told you the bike never started. I have all the evidence in chronological order. I have all our e-mail correspondence with me as evidence. I'm crying out of anger right now. I paid 1200€ for this bike and I haven't used it even a single day for 1.5 years. You do not fear God. You should be ashamed when you look at your children's faces. Remember this, I will write tirelessly on all platforms about how fake and fraudulent this company is. He will write that the materials are of poor quality and the employees are indifferent and liars. Even though I asked for the customer service number many times, you were afraid to even send a customer service number from England or China. We will settle accounts with you legally and conscientiously. I will never let this go. Until my last breath . Be ashamed!

Over 2 weeks trying to get my faulty…
Over 2 weeks trying to get my faulty bike sorted and the company is not interested in sorting the problem. They said they would send a new battery and now they won't send it. I've tried to return the bike aswell but literally getting nothing back from them. I would not buy from this company again. Also evidence of the faulty battery has been sent via a video and still no better off

Why does Buybestgearuk hide their UK address. They refuse to give me a refund or allow me to return the Bike, although I am legally entitled to. Their Refund policy, terms and conditions are not legal under the Consumers Right's Act 2015. Warning.... Do not buy from this company.

I guess , the main reasons are financial...I was told that the manufacturer had to contact the German TÜV to have devices checked.
It may be naive but if it helps, I would make my bike available for this !?

Purchased 2 bikes at lowest price
Purchased 2 bikes at lowest price i could find on 27th of december, arrived on 4th and 5th of january with no damage. Only thing i will say is bad (though nothing to do with bbg) is the rear fender is really loud. Talking about engwe engine pro. But really great job to bbg.

Issue Battery
Since several weeks I have an issue with the battery which is not charging. The last attempt to solve it didn't show the expected result. Next step will be the repair of the battery which means to send it back. For the time being impossible to enjoy the bycicle.

bike is great, transport damage, no contact to buybestgear
The bike is great, very solidly build, an much fun, but there was a slight eight in the wheel and the brake discs are slightly twisted, obviously due to the transport. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a way to communicate with buybestgear in order to get the money back that repairing the problems will cost.
