I emailed Buybeauty with an inquiry about this order and never received a response, late or otherwise. The speed of delivery was a lot slower than that of Buybeauty's competitors, though Buybeauty's prices and competitive discounts were significantly better.

The purchase experience was awesome
The purchase experience was awesome, and the Product arrived unscathed. The only thing that is troubling is the fact of how long the Product took to arrive from New York to Texas. I'm from Baltimore, and I've mailed things from Texas to Baltimore and it has taken 2-3 days tops. So, other than that I'd still buy from Buybeauty again in the near future. Thanks for the great product I purchased.

Great product and fast delivery
I use the product over many years. I paid a lot less from buybeauty.com of the same product than that at the beauty company. I was wondering if the product may be a counterfeit. The package looks the same and with fast delivery.
