Easy & simple to use

It's a straightforward experience, have your ordered shipped to the overseas warehouse then it goes to Hong Kong then they send it out to you. The UI is easy enough to navigate. All in all a pain free experience.

Shipment is smooth, Freight charge is reasonable!

The company should har flag unshippablr items at point of receipt instead at point of consolidation. Does not offer shipping cost refund and discarded items is a pure gain for the company or staff.

I just discovered this site and it made shipping from US so much easier! Now I can purchase things from amazon US store to Malaysia for an affordable price.

Buy and ship staffs eg Jackie are all very helpful .
Separately, I prefer Jumpoint to advise the delivery date the out for delivery date.

I have some items of high sentiment and value sent to me from couple of friends overseas. These parcels were very important to me.

Unfortunately, these parcels were stolen. Buyandship claimed they were routed to customs for inspection.

Per Singapore custom's official site documentation, an official acknowledgement form would be issued if parcels are routed for inspection. However, buyandship was unwilling and not able to provide any form of official documentation to prove that parcel was requested by customs. My parcel was "routed to Singapore customs" but buyandship "could not provide an official slip to confirm inspection". Mysteriously, my parcel at the same time was suddenly "misplaced and despite thorough sweep of the office, not found". Note - this was a really large parcel which would not have been easily misplaced.

This is not the first occurrence for me as I had encountered the same in 2018 where a really high value parcel was similarly "misplaced". I am notincing a trend where only items of higher value got stolen and claimed to be “lost”.

Buyandship support was consistently not able to provide supporting official evidence from Singapore customs that my item was submitted to customs and unfortunately got “lost”. Despite multiple requests for the document, nothing from the official customs has been provided. Buyandship also originally only offered only a “credit refund”, which was ridiculous.

Till date, I have been waiting for official proof from Singapore customs. Buyandship has also yet to issue me with any form of compensation for my lost parcels. It has taken both my parcel and refused to compensate me.

This has been a very traumatising and upsetting experience. I would very much recommend anyone else planning to use buyandship to think twice. This is my second parcel stolen by Buyandship.

The issue is not resolved as per what Buyandship staff has commented below. No compensations has been made, and no official proof from Singapore customs have been provided

Shipped shoes from US to Singapore - process was very smooth, details clear, and I had updates along the way. Shipping time was as expected and the shoes themselves arrived safely.

Not good. Over charging. The weight they charge and the item u received is different.

I love the coupons and the way everything can be done smoothly without any hassle. However what I feel can be improved is reducing delivery times and having more discounts/coupons for proxy orders.

The rate from Australia is too high and the long waiting time. Try to bring the rate down to retain your customers.

Package arrived safely.
There are no hidden fees.
However, the time taken for delivery is more than 2 weeks from the time the package arrived at theoverseas warehouse.

I can purchase anything i want from my favourite store. Shipping is affordable and very efficient service .

I am extremely disappointed with the service. My item has gone missing, yet there has been little effort to assist in tracing it. Instead of investigating the issue, I was asked to check for signed delivery documents, even though there were no staff on duty to receive and sign for the delivery at the time.

This response is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of accountability. I expect a proper investigation into the missing item and a prompt resolution to this matter.
