Great analysts giving great recommendations!

I've been a BA member for about 3.5 years and have had a very positive experience with the BA analysts and Customer Service. The analyst service is amazing, offering help whenever needed and with providing profitable trade ideas. BA is very Customer Support focused. Customer Support is provided by Billy who is very professional and personable, always available to help and very helpful in getting member’s questions answered quickly. Billy is top-notch.

My wife and I have been a customer of BuyAlerts now for over one year and couldn’t be happier with the service.

We trade options, futures and stocks and the BuyAlerts signals send have a very high percentage of wins.

Mel hosts a live options trading room daily and her experience, coaching and trades are fabulous. We also join Sean/Chris 3 times for week to trade futures. The knowledge they bring is amazing.

Mel, Chris and Sean also provide one on one training which by itself is worth more than the price paid.

The company is also heavily investing in PilotAi which is a tool to use to manage stock portfolios, soon to be released 1-click execution of orders and chat to check market conditions, review trades you are thinking to submit.

All team members including Billy in customer service and the trading team of Mel, Sunny, Caleb, Fred, Jason, Sean and Chris to name a few couldn’t be better!

I reached out to clarify my account and they responded promptly, giving me a 6-month extension without auto-draft pressure. This gave me the bandwidth I needed to carefully evaluate my trading strategy. I appreciated their clear communication and patience—it made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Based on my experience and independent research, I was disappointed with the representations made about the company’s future plans, including the possibility of going public. After researching publicly available information, I was not able to locate documentation that independently verified the company’s statements regarding profitability.

Because of this lack of transparency and verifiable information, I chose not to invest. I recommend that others do their own research and ask for clear, documented proof before committing to investing your money into “shares.” If you take a look at their Instagram, BBB, Reddit, and etc. you’ll see similar concerns. I also found it difficult to independently verify the identities of certain individuals associated with the company, as many use screen names rather than full legal names... I even came across online discussions referencing possible connections to other trading platforms with similar setups and claims, which added to my skepticism.

As for the trading itself, if you choose to purchase a membership, do so at your own risk. You may get a few decent trades, but the advertised 80-89% win rate is completely unrealistic. I and many people I know personally lost a significant amount of money while following the signals.

I also noticed that negative reviews on Trustpilot are frequently challenged or removed. This is my second review posted after the first one was taken down. This makes it difficult to assess honest feedback, as many five star reviews seem highly generic. It’s all a big facade in my opinion.

If you can't become a better and more successful trader with the use and help of the Buyalerts systems and their traders, then it can't be done. Helpful resources and experienced analysts

The BuyAlerts team is very good at what they do. I've been a customer for years now, and highly recommend their service. I especially like Mel's livestreaming the first hour of regular trading. She has a very high win rate day trading the SPY options. Sean and Chris are teaching me to trade the futures market. I also enjoy Jason's alerts.
