The excellent customer service was the…

The excellent customer service was the best experience I have ever. I have issues with one of the keys that I have bought (6 product keys in total 3 for windows 3 MS Office) the last one was not working. I have contacted the customer service and they provided another one just in 30-40 mins. Thank you!

Word is not working

Word is not working. The only suggestion provided was to uninstall and reinstall it. No refund was offered, and no other solutions or support were provided. Teams was not included I had to install it from Microsoft. The image shows that Teams is included.
