Butt Buddy rules over toilet paper!
This was my first experience with a bidet product, and I'm very pleased. With a little practice I have learned to get thoroughly clean and not make any contact with the sprayer extension and not make a water mess. The shower-head type tip sprays plenty of water and is forceful enough with applying pressure to the bottle. The bottle is very flexible and hold enough water for multiple uses. I started with using warm water but have found that cold water isn't uncomfortable either. I get so much cleaner with this product than with toilet paper. Good bye toilet paper!

Customer service was excellent!!!
Customer service was excellent. My satisfaction was important. They listened and worked with me. I totally love the product. Such an easy way to be clean after my morning business. Love love love this. No more worries about UTIs and my backside is way more comfortable.
