No butler ever turned up on day of…
No butler ever turned up on day of event. Was a last minute booking but had email correspondence the day before that it was all okay. Tried calling the after hours number supplied with zero answer on the day. Company has refunded the money now but still very disappointed.

This booking was made only a few hours before the event, and there was no email or telephone contact from you prior to the booking. Unfortunately, this did not allow enough time for us to allocate and get a butler to the event.
Once this was identified, a full refund was issued, which has now been completed.
We understand this was disappointing, however this situation arose solely due to the extremely last-minute nature of the booking. We strongly recommend allowing adequate notice and confirmation time for future bookings to avoid this outcome.
