I searched for a specific stuffed dog (an extra if our daughter's beloved dog will get lost someday) and asked for it via email. Butik Älva answered promptly and friendly on the very same day and I managed to get the last one they had! It had been really hard to find this dog and I was so happy! They delivered the dog fast (we live in Finland) and everything went really well. There were even compliment sweeties in the package and a card with the story of Butik Älva. It felt nice to support a family business and at the same time get the dog I was eagerly looking for.
