Buster + Punch is a London-born solid metal design label, founded in 2012 in a garage in East London by Massimo Minale. It started with a simple frustration - the door handles, switches and light fittings on the market at the time were dull, disposable, and built to be forgotten. Buster + Punch set out to make the opposite: hardware and lighting with weight, presence and attitude, built from real materials rather than plated or moulded substitutes.
Today the brand ships worldwide through four regional stores covering the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. The collection spans cabinet and door hardware, dimmers, switches and sockets, and lighting - from single pendants to full chandeliers - alongside a smaller range of furniture, home accessories and jewellery. Every piece is designed in-house and finished in solid brass, steel or smoked bronze, chosen because these materials age with a home rather than degrade against it.

I've spent countless thousands on their flawed dimmers
I've spent countless thousands of dollars outfitting my own home plus all our rentals we've built with this company's switches.
Their dimmer switch designed is flaw - every guest breaks it, every time - and they are too arrogant to even entertain a conversation about it.
The internals use plastic and the operation is not intuitive, so everyone just twists it until the switch snaps. It kinda feels like it's supposed to work that way. Then it's broken.
Good luck trying to replace it with a toggle switch after the fact, you'll have to buy the whole fascia kit again.
They are definitely not nice about trying to "make it right."
I've even emailed their UK CEO on LinkedIn... I can't seem to get anyone to give a damn.
I also went to a short-term rental real estate development conference where some builders demo'd prefabs using their dimmer switches. They said they were having the same problem, and they best they could come up with was to put a sticker saying "PUSH" on it to reduce the frequency, but ultimately there was no solution except to not use the product.
I just wish someone would actually just listen to me and let me feel "heard." Even without any kind of warranty replacement, even if I had to pay out of pocket to replace them all, I just want the issue to be addressed, not just have some pompous design studio wannabe send off some snippy little email response and pretend like it isn't real and isn't happening to, quite literally, all of their customers.
I searched the internet extensively and found many other people who said the same thing.... and like I said, met other professionals in real estate/STR who had the same issue.

Light switch.
I purchased 1 years ago over 50 light switches for my house at Buster and Punch. I love the design and the quality of the brass. Yet, the mechanism of the toggle switch are in plastic and a lot of them broke within the first year of use. I contacted their customer service to see what they could do and they immediately send me over replacement parts. Their customer service, Melanie Dobbs in particular, has been a great help to fix that issue. Even though I was a bit annoyed about the fragility of their light switch, I am still fully happy of my purchase and the visual upgrade their products brought to my house.
