Just run away. I booked for a day and i receive a ticket for an other day. When i write to change the date, they Ask me to pay some fees equivalent to the Price of my ticket. No one answer to the phone number shown on their website.

Made booking it shown error, checked online, email there is no confirmation, then i proceed to make a new booking, when booking done, immediately two confirmed booking.

Fine, I made a change on 1 of the ticket a week before departure, first day made error, waited for a day ensure no change / confirmation, i made the change again on the following day. Payment succeeded.
2 days before departure, when I check my booking, the booking is still there and nothing been change, when contact the customer service, replied unable to help, then no more reply from email / WhatsApp message.

Busonlineticket? More like busonlinescam. Not only did they waste my whole day waiting for continuous delays, they cancelled my trip and offered the refund only to go to Malaysia. No refund allowed for return trip. So how am I able to take a return trip then? Teleport? Poor service at its finest.

The communication between the management and the driver were extremely bad. I booked a returned ticket between Penang Sentral and Hatyai. During the retuning trip I booked a trip back to Penang Sentral which is Butterworth but the driver didn’t aware of that. He went straight up heading Penang Island. Eventually I was dropped at the middle of no where at entrance of Penang Bridge! It is mid of the highway where many cars are passing by so fast!!!!!

OMG! If I had not seen enough. Never once can you expect that things will go smoothly with this company and buses under them. Last time, I had issues with refunding. Unfortunately I needed to book a small trip from Woodlands to Johor Bahru checkpoint with my elderly parents. Tickets were booked in advance but they overbooked the bus and made at-least 20 people go standing, including my elderly parents. It can't go worse than that. Imagine your fear that one fast brake or turn, and your parents can fall. I would rather go on foot than book another trip with them.

terrible company. booked a WTS bus and it was delayed since they wanted to combine bus to save cost. had to alight twice and unload our luggage before being directed to another bus. no response from this platform.

Booked a bus and ferry to tioman
Booked a bus and ferry ticket to Tioman from Singapore. Went on the bus to find out that my ferry was not booked and had to ask the bus guide to help me with that. My ferry back was also not booked so. Booked a 9am slot on their website assuming that after taking the ferry back to Tioman there would be a bus ride to Singapore. Turns out the bus was scheduled to leave 4-5hrs later after we have reached the ferry terminal. So what was the point of having a 9am ferry if the bus was going to leave at 4pm. Also no bus information was given on the day just the company name, bus timing and ferry timing was also not stated while booking. The only reason why i was able to make my trip was the KKKL bus guide was friendly enough to help me with my booking which is suppose to be done by "Busonlineticket". Would not recommend unless have booked before. Discounts were written 50% but was capped at 6 dollars. Will be booking my future trips myself.

I booked ticket to batam from this company because they said having 50% for first booking for joining membership. However, I have to pay full and there's no a session where I can key the discount code. So I watsapp and emailed them...and emailed to the email where they sent me if urgent please email. Nobody reply.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I made a booking by accident just 5 minutes ago and I wanted to rectify the issue immediately. They won't even offer any refund out of goodwill. It will be different if it was a Singapore company.

Absolutely horrible experience, would not recommend booking with this company or KKKL bus services. The pick-up address provided on our ticket confirmation was vague & no answer on their customer service number when we called to confirm the address. When we arrived 2 minutes before the bus was due to depart, we were told the bus was full and were not allowed on. Our tickets weren’t even looked at. We were then asked for more money for another ticket, which we refused. When we tried to discuss the situation with the lady in the KKKL office, she took her phone out and started looking at videos ignoring us. We told her to put the phone away and answer our questions in which she responded by calling us “basta***”. The bus had left during this time but luckily a lovely lady next door at billion dollar stars bus services heard the lady screaming at us and came out to help. A man outside also informed us the office sold our seats because they thought we weren’t going to show. When we reported this to busonlineticket.com, they told us we were lying and that apparently Malaysian people don’t know the word “bas****” so it couldn’t be true. Have seen so many bad reviews from these companies and we are very sorry we didn’t listen to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I booked the wrong date one week in advance and they don't allow me to change it or anything. I would understand if it was a last minute ticket, but this is silly.
Also, as the others said, their customer service is poor.

No customer service. Bus was late 1.5 hours in mid night. Bus driver talking over the phone while driving. They do not read your emails, they answer whatever they like. Employees are rude, unapologetic and shouldn't be working with customers.
avoid GJG Express at all cost
TLDR: GJG Express - Worst bus provider, poor/zero customer service, best avoid it.
If I can rate negative star, I would do that. I bought the 9/12/2022 6pm GJG Express bus from Hentian Duta to Ipoh Amanjaya. Vehicle number RP9329, bus driver was an indian well-built man, bus conductor was a skinny malay man. My 4 main complains are as below:
1. Late but company is unapologetic. Bus was late for 2.5 hours, didn’t depart until 830pm. No explanation or apology was given. No sense of remorse from the driver/company plus bad attitute toward passengers. It is as if passengers’ time didn’t worth anything.
2. Unreasonable behavior. I was travelling with my bicycle. (FYI you ARE allowed to take bicycle as your luggage) It was a huge bus with ample of luggage space. My bike is less than 15kg - less than the allowable luggage weight. Bus driver demanded an extra RM70 for the bicycle. The way he made demand was very hostile, refused to discuss, babbled with his argument, raised his voice, threatened to deny me onboard and then walked away. The scene was witnessed by another bus passenger that I talked to afterward, so it wasn’t just me who thinks he was acting barbaric. Bus conductor was an accomplice to this exorbitant extra charges. To put it in context, RM70 is enough to buy a KL-Penang ETS train ticket or a KL-Kuching flight ticket via MyAirline. So, RM70 extra to carry a bicycle as a bus luggage is very unreasonable.
3. Driver misuse company resources. While driver threatened to deny me onboard, he was loading other delivery items onto the bus. These were obviously not passengers’ luggage. It looked like he was using company resources (vehicle, petrol, time) to pocket in extra income from miscellaneous delivery. These items came in huge gunny sacks.
4. Bus ticket was more expensive than competitors. GJG Express Rm28 while PlusLiner charged Rm22. You pay more but have to endure the poor customer service.
The experience was so awful that I decided to take time to write a detailed bad review. To discourage you from transporting with GJG Express. You can’t trust a good review but you better trust a bad review.

This is scam app! I have bought tickets, ammount deducted from the card, but they show me that paymwnt is failed. Twice the same! Of course there was no tickets sent! On whatsapp they "we recieve a big volume of text". Of course they do if they just take the money and don't send tickets
Hidden Charges
When I use an online booking service, I expect that the quoted price is what will be paid. Not so with this company. Firstly, at the point of payment the price has been raised by about 10% without explanation. Secondly when collecting the boarding pass you have to pay for it to be printed. This is ridiculous. I will not be using this disreputable company again.

if there's zero star i will give zero star really, it is the most horrible customer service that i'd encounter thus far, they literally direct the questions back to customer in a really rude manner in emails and not to mention, the whatsapp and phone are never reachable

Scammers - stay away!! Live chat service on Facebook is useless. They kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Probably it’s a bot. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. Just stay away from this company.
