Very responsive and proactive in asking for what information we need.

Most importantly, the data is very good quality.

Very mixed feelings – feels like a scam. We purchased 3,000 contacts for $199. At first, our Account Manager Serene Yap was very helpful and proactive in communication. We received two batches of contacts, about 700 in total. After that, communication stopped, and despite several messages, I have not received the remaining contacts we paid for. I advise avoiding this provider.

EDIT 09/2025: After giving bad reviews here and FB, and sending several messages to Serene Yapp and eventually to the CEO, Honnaiah Raghunandhan, I finally received customer service, along with the remaining contacts — plus a few hundred extra as a complimentary addition. If you’re willing to keep pushing to get what you’ve paid for, go ahead with this provider, but it might not be worth the effort. However, the quality of the contacts has seemed to be relatively good.

I was a user Zoominfo but their service disappointed me by their 22% data drop rate. According to the price,the service wasn’t worth it at all. But here every penny talks wisely. It’s easy to use

Up until now we had researched everything ourselves, which costs a lot of money if the quality is good. At Business Mail-Data we also had very high quality, but outsourced the research without employing our own staff. I can highly recommend it.

Negatives:
- We never received the full expected number of leads
- Obfuscated communication meant getting the result much later than needed

The support team was quite responsive. Worked with me for the specific requirements of my business. Serene was professional in his approach and went extra mile to meet our expectations.

Had a few issues with the number of leads not amounting to the same number of companies put forward. Luckily the Serene helped to rectify this with a fresh set of Leads. Overall positive experience.
