First thing first, I am regular client from this web shop. It has been seamless every single purchase until these last days. (and this why I give it 2 stars instead of the bare minimum). But the last purchase has been a nightmare so far. I ordered several shirts. All in stock. A first email sent a few days after the purchase tell me : "we don't have the shirt XYZ : do you want to purchase another one ?"...First remark : I want a better service. I should be able to decide to be refunded. There should be a link to facilitate the process of buying or being refunded. There could also be a nice phone call instead of that blunt useless email. Nothing is proposed, then we enter into painful discussion. I send the model I want with a screen copy of their website, with the name, the brand, the size....They reply "please send the artikel Nr"...Gosh where is that bloody artikel nummer ?...and so on. Finally it seems sorted out...But in reality, it is not. 5 days later, here we go again with another shirt I had ordered in the same purchase. they say "There are various reasons for the delay in delivery: some items might eventually be sold out in the meantime and we are still waiting for the delivery from our suppliers"...And I tell you guys : what is in stock...is in stock. You just don't manage your stock. Honestly, I'm really disappointed by this amateurish work and wondering when it is going to an end.

Poor Customer Experience and Lack of Professionalism

I have been a loyal customer of Businesshemden.com for a long time, but my recent experience was particularly disappointing.

I ordered several shirts that showed a significant inconsistency in collar sizes compared to my previous purchases. After reporting this problem to customer service, I was surprised to receive the same advice multiple times: “buy locally to avoid such inconveniences.”

For a company specializing in online retail, suggesting that international customers should shop locally instead of providing consistent service is not only inappropriate but also completely contrary to the purpose of online commerce.

Despite a partial refund, this experience revealed a blatant lack of professionalism and attention to international customers. The fact that my concerns were ignored rather than taken seriously is unacceptable.

I strongly advise international customers against shopping at Businesshemden.com if they expect high-quality customer service.

Although was a loyal customer, I'm disappointed with the process of returning articles for my last purchases. It has taken over 3 weeks to get my money back, but they did process it.

My purchase arrived in one of the best boxes I have ever seen, beautifully packaged. Also arrived in only a few days from ordering, which surprised me as it was coming from Germany. The shirt I ordered was also far cheaper, with postage, than it is in England. The shirt itself was exactly as described, and depicted on their website, fits perfectly and I have already received comments on how unusual it is. Very pleased, would recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered Eterna shirts on 4 October from businesshemden.com. I was kept informed about my order by email. The shirts were dispatched the next day and were delivered safely on 10 October.
