Jane Ashford from Business Flight Shop has been excellent from initial contact (she contacted me after a web enquiry over a weekend) through to booking our flights to Sydney in March on the Monday. Not only was she responsive to our needs, she also provided alternative options. Her communication has been very detailed and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. We have other travel plans for this year and will be in touch with Jane to help with our arrangements.

Roy was brilliant in finding us a very good deal for a flight to Seoul. He answered all my queries with great patience and clarity. This was the 2nd time we used Business Flight Shop, and we will certainly contact them again for our next visit to Korea.

Talked through what we wanted and agreed on a price for 2 people to fly to Brisbane via Dubai and return but when we received the email explaining everything it was doubled ,all I can say is what you see on the website isn’t what you get ,Avoid!.
