At first, I was skeptical, but I did the research and soon found out this site is legit. Working with Dan Balas was easy. He provided many options. We flew provably a longer flight to our destination, but we saved more than half off. Qatar Airways is over the top in flight services and customer service from the gate and throughout the entire experience.

Helped get good price on tickets. During trip needed to change tickets due to flight being cancelled. Help was appreciated to change return tickets

Dan was a huge help booking our trip to Paris. Business class is so nice!

Had a 15 hour delay due to mechanical problem on first leg of our "FULLY INSURED" trip, which changed our itinerary the rest of the way. Lost 2 pieces of luggage, one of which was recovered. Still waiting for some kind of restitution for trip confirmation # 2VJL9K on Air Canada for myself and my wife. Business Class was booked, and that 1st leg was hardly what anyone would call Business Class.

Excellent communication and any questions I had they immediately answered. An excellent price along with someone to hold u by the hand through the entire trip.
Will use for all future travel!!

Alex Nett, our contact was very helpful. He worked hard to find us the best routes and costs for our trip. He followed up to make sure we were pleased with our flight arrangements. It was a very pleasant experience.

Was a bit nervous to use a consolidator initially, but it worked out great and plan to use them again in the future.

Lisa is very prompt in responding to messages in all forms and phone calls... diligent in pursuing the best oplion and keeping track of and reminding us of our flight credits... follows thru all stages of customer's travels a complete aND competent travel coordinator.

I was promised a lower priced airfare to Buenos Aires and returning from Rio de Janeiro than what I was able to get on my own but they didn't secure the reservation in time. so then I was told the best they could do is book at the price that I had originally gotten on my own.

I had a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. My passport was all that was needed, and would proceed without any delays or complications.

We purchased tickets through BC consolidator. Thier terms and conditions say if their is an issue, they will fix and rebook flights. We got stranded and removed from a flight. They just told us to talk to the airline. They didn't fix a thing! We missed our trip to Europe. They kept a $2100 fee and would not credit it toward another purchase. United credited us for the ticket, but we paid $2100 for nothing. It is bad business practice.

Like how easy it was to book, but didn't feel like I got a great deal. But not having to search for flights was great as I didn't have to spend a lot of time to get what I needed.
