Missold a business contract through broker for 3 years at the height of the energy crisis 2 year ago at a rate of 70 pence per kwh.After a judgement against the broker from the Ombudsman. ENGIE refusing to release me from the contract .

weekly calls asking for payment
After an ombudsman case which caused huge delays Engie have consistently failed to action the ancillary issues and we are now going to have to go back to the ombudsman. They're staff and condescending and rude. Completely disinterested. Each query takes over a week to be acknowledged and then at least another week to be answered. We have a number of accounts with Engie and will move them all as the contracts expire. Engie are by far the worst company we have dealt with out of the 7 we have used Avoid at all costs. Received an email 3rd July , acknowledged 9 July and update was supposed to be here by today. Nothing. Again
Engie uk have been commiting fraud by supplying a residential property on commercial basis without verification through an agent.
As owner of the property, it has been a nightmare taking Engie to the Ombudsman to rectify the situation. Even with the Ombudsman ruling Engie now will not provide the SMART meter actual readings. Instead they are estimating and chasing me for energy usage at over £1000 a month on a 3 bed house.
Complaints to Engie has been dealt with total incompetence and non existing customer service or desire to resolve.
4 months of anxiety and stress and still no resolution.
