Good feelings throughout the experience
Recieved the tyres through home delivery at 2:30pm. Straight away phoned Bush Tyres, thinking they might be funny with me purchasing 5 tyres elsewhere and asking to fit them. No queries or concerns at all, and booked me in for 3:30pm the same day. The 2 gentlemen on the reception desk were very friendly and talkative, which put me at ease. Considering it's a garage, the waiting room was clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. As I was waiting, one of the tyre technicians wheeled one of the wheels over to the side door and showed me a scratch on the alloy. This was of no concern, given the age of the alloys, but apparently they do this to confirm with the customer the mark being there before they work on it, which did impress me. The price for the job was a pleasant surprise, very reasonable. Before leaving, one of the guys at reception mentioned about the car, not seeing many on the road and how practical they are, which left me with a good feeling seeing the car is 20+ years old and often gets overlooked. A superb team at the Boston branch, will certainly keep using them. Thank you.

Exceptional Service
I needed a new set of steel wheels and tyres for my motorhome. I contacted Bush Tyres who got their local branch to call me. Chris at the Boston branch called me and discussed my requirements and set about getting things sorted out. Within days a new set of wheels, tyres & tpms sensors were delivered at a reasonable cost too. No dramas. No issues.
A real pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Staff were very efficient at Boston. They helped when me when I had a problem with a tyre valve. Repaired the valve without having to buy a new tyre. Thanks to Chris and his team.
