Great products, at great quality.

Absolutely bonkers return systems and zero customer support. Got a Christmas gift that needed to be returned. Was told a month after first contact that I could return with no questions asked but was responsible for all shipping costs ($200+ from Canada to Hong Kong the lowest price). Then was ghosted for two months now with no reponse, no refund, nothing. All despite having confirmation from the shipper that it was delivered to the right person and location.

I'm now out the product, the money my wife spent on the product, and the shipping to send it back.

Was blowen away with how fast shipping was. Especially considering I am in new zealand. Knife arrived within a week and packaging was good. I can't fault burrfection for anything 😁

I received the Knife with the wrong Saya. The owner Richard Yu agreed that I received the wrong Saya and said he would be replacing it. I did everything I needed to, but his company has yet complete my order. Now I am incredibly frustrated with the Burrfection Store as they are now ignoring my communications regarding the order they have not completed. Additionally, after looking into my order, they charged me nearly double what the same product costs at other online knife stores. (look for yourself, I paid $1950 at Burrfection Store and it costs half that at cutlery and more dot com. Search for takayuki-zangetsu-ginsan-sakimaru-yanagiba-with-saya-40987.) Their excuse was it was Import Duty that made the knife cost more. Not to mention you won’t see the Import Duty until after you pay online. This is not an ethical practice. Do not buy from this Store. Burrfection store is a big scam run by a YouTuber. Your knives will all come from China.

Learned of Burrfection during Covid times. Got really interested in knives and blade steels. Watched Ryky's videos on whetstones and sharpening many, many times. Eventually purchased seven knives, numerous whetstones, and now a cutting board. The products have consistently been world class, and the deliveries very fast. And Ryky is pretty darn good at making YouTube videos. Thank you!

Zero customer support via web portal after 3+ attempts. When you read their terms of service they do not guarantee that products meet advertised specifications and you really do not know what you are getting. These are likely Chinese knockoffs cloaked with clever marketing.
