Service is terrible. My order came 1 month late and I was sent the wrong colour headband and hijab colour was different to the one I purchased for my mum despite it supposedly being the same colour ordered. They take ages to respond to an email or answer the phone. At first I was told that ‘colours are subject to availability’ which makes absolutely no sense because I ordered specific colours. I was then told it was ‘cut from a different fabric roll’ and the difference isn’t much - but one was brown and the other was clearly pink despite ordering both ‘taupe’. Better quality control is needed to ensure the colour is the same with all orders and we’re able to order the same colour again. I was told that I will be sent the correct headband colour but never received it. The product itself is a nice material but there are other hijab stores that have the same product without the hassle of dealing with order issues

Order was shipped very promptly and arrived quickly. Love the products and will be happy to shop with Burque again :)

Happy with the quality and comfortability of the instant hijab. Makes getting ready for work quick. The added weighted label on the bottom keeps it from flying around. Great products
