My review is not about the product it's about the company itself. Six days ago I purchased the Nomad bike trailer from Burley, it's fantastic I couldn't ask for a better bike trailer. However, I received an email today from Burley telling me that there was now a price drop on this item which I purchased 6 days ago and just had delivered two days ago, so I contacted them hoping that I might get some sort of reduction and was told their policy was they couldn't offer a reduction after 5 days from the sales date, I've had this trailer 6 days including 2 days which were over the weekend. So I can not recommend doing business with this company. Honestly I was surprised that a company out of Eugene Oregon had taken this attitude. And so instead of working with me they ended up with a one star review. Great business decision guys.
