Customer service has improved a lot
I was very upset bc I placed an order and they never delivered. Back then customer service was terrible but now they are working so hard to do their best. Quality and design are so good, I get a lot of compliments about my mirror case

I really like their phone cases
I really like their phone cases. I used to buy a new case every month or two because I wasn't satisfied, but now I have three burga cases that I use and haven't bought new ones for a year. I like the designs, and the delivery is fast too.
The only downside is probably the price. £45 for a case is expensive, but it's worth it. I've ordered from them twice already, and I'm thinking of buying more later.

Burga Travel Mug
We were 3rd time lucky in receiving our product. However, it finally arrived on the actual birthday and our daughter is very pleased with it and the mug is of good quality. If ordering again, then I would try and get it delivered to a safe collection point, as someone needs to be in to receive it, which in our house, is virtually impossible. However, it did arrive very quickly, it was just that no one was in to receive it first time.

Disappointing
*Update: the company has reached out and help with a resolution.*I love the color of the cup, but I’m a little disappointed in the quality for the price. The top of the straw feels flimsy and porous, and it stains easily when wearing lipstick. I wish the straw material were firmer. The locking mechanism is also awkward — when twisting it to lock, it sometimes unscrews the entire lid instead. Overall, I was hoping for a more durable and polished product.

The product was good better than most of its competitors
The product was good and I like the easy to grip handle that makes it easy to hold a Kindle when sitting and switching hands from one side to the other. This is something that a regular Amazon Kindle cover does not have.
Two areas of improvement, one would like the ability to have a kickstand so that for example on a plane or at a table could stand Kindle vertical so one could read. That would be a great addition. Some of the competitors do have that.
And the second thing images of the picture on website made it look more realistic. When received. It was more a classic texture pattern for the reptile skin. I actually thought it was real or synthetic leather. It's just really nylon.
Overall not bad for the value and better than post products out there. Areas to improve.
Shipping was great. I received it within a week after placing the order!
