Excellent service from Burden Arb! I was replacing my Echo pole saw, bar and chain with an Oregan bar and chain. Karen went to every effort to ensure that the bar and chain size were correct. Both fitted perfectly and I cannot recommend the service from Burden Arb more highly, thank you!

I ordered a chainsaw bar and chain but had made a mistake with the compatibility. Burden Arb phoned me and corrected the order before delivery and couldn't have been more helpful.

who has time to research the bewildering number of different chainsaw/bar/chain combinations ahead of trying to convert a small chainsaw into a planking mill? not me, so lucky i stumbled across these guys, who answered my technical questions quickly & comprehensibly, saving me hours of time in pointing me to the bar i needed, even though it was one they don't actually stock, & also providing a link to the appropriate chain for it, which they do have. fast, free delivery on top of that, & i'm away! i'd always prefer to use a small company with real people in charge of it, doesn't always prove feasible when you're looking for obscure or specific things. but this time it did. thoroughly recommended!
