Initially, I was quite anxious about venturing away from Nespresso capsules due to concerns about compatibility, flavor, expenses, and recycling options.In my quest to find a Nespresso-compatible capsule, I noticed a range of prices, though quality descriptions seemed similar. This made choosing one brand over another challenging because no company would openly admit to offering subpar coffee at a low cost. I aimed for a delightful coffee experience without overpaying, so I was open to alternatives offering better value.Additionally, I was frustrated by the recycling limitations with Nespresso, as I couldn't conveniently recycle their capsules alongside my recurring home deliveries. Therefore, I sought plastic capsules that I could recycle with my regular waste management practices.To my delight, Buongusto delivered promptly and provided an excellent cup of coffee at a significantly competitive price compared to what I was accustomed to. While Nespresso offers a wider selection, I had my top three favorites, and now with Intenso, I've found three equally satisfying options.Trying them was a great decision—I saved money, relished the coffee, and easily recycled the used capsules. These were crucial factors for me, and Buongusto met them all.If you're hesitant about trying Intenso, I recommend giving it a shot; you might find yourself pleasantly surprised, as I was!Best wishes,Kieron

Very good service. Arrived when it was supposed to. Well packaged. Works perfectly with Nespresso machine and coffee is very tasty.

Prompt and quick delivery. So far only tried a few of the different blends but all brilliant. Nice to have the opportunity to try the different blends before choosing the one we like best

Excellent choice and value for money. Great selection of coffees to suit all tastes. First rate service and web site very informative and easy to use. Fast delivery, all round no-fuss experience. Would definitely recommend variety packs giving the opportunity to experience many different coffee tastes. Also, individual coffee packs very reasonably priced.

The price was excellent and arrived in the time stated. The quality of the packaging is good and compares well with similar higher priced coffee pods. My only slight disappointment is that all the individual foil wraps are loose in the box and I need to sort them.

Package arrived fast, despite me having chosen the slowest option and during the Christmas rush.
Coffee tasted decent enough for a decaffeinated ESE pod. My only complaint is that the 'tongue' is too short, and it just folds in and sticks to the pod inside the espresso maker, making it difficult to pull out (I have to use a fork). I'm not sure if it's the standard, but I've had no such issue with ESE pods made by other companies.

Product arrived as expected, excellent service.

Have never used this site before and was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to order, the friendliness of the service, the speed of delivery and, most importantly, the quality of the product. Will definitely use Buongusto again.

Delivered very quickly, very reasonably priced and great tasting coffee. I will use these again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends & family. Need I say more!

In our office we do like a "luxury" coffee at lunch time, but our (existing) espresso machine was giving up the ghost, it just could not cope with making 6 to 8 espresso's a day (and it was less than 2 years old). So following some market research and a chat with the helpful people at Buongusto, we bought an RDL "Sweet" Espresso machine from them. All we can say is that the new machine exctracts much more flavour from the ESE pod's than our old machine did, and it does so very quietly (good for the office environment).

My coffee capsules arrived the next day. Of a very high quality and packaged very well. I have tried many other coffee capsules and these are the best so far for the price. will definately buy them again.

Had the decaffeinato from Buongusto. Liz didn't like the coffee. I thought it was ok but not as good as nespresso. Capsules were a bit large and didn't fit very well into the coffee machine and had to push them in quite hard and push the lid down- hope I am not going to break the machine
