Unprofessional behavior

I ordered a pair of shoes in the 6th of August. Still there is no shipping information.
I could not find their e-mail address. So I am not able to contact them. That is not normal. I am going to complain to consumer rights commission.

Great experience

Any queries I had were answered in less than 12 hours, made it such an easy purchase and the quality of the item was impeccable, couldn’t recommend enough!

Ordered on a Thursday 2 weeks ago and…

Ordered on a Thursday 2 weeks ago and was told it’d be delivered by the Friday of the next week, slightly longer than the stated delivery time but that’s cool as long as it gets here. After it didn’t come on the Friday I was told it’d be here early this week. It’s now Wednesday and no email yet no reply to my emails asking for an update.
