They get orders wrong and ignore emails

I made two orders in quick succession with this company. In the first, two of the refills I ordered were in the correct colour, but the wrong size. I emailed them about this as soon as I recieved my delivery. In the second delivery I got from them, one of the two items I bought was incorrect. Again, I emailed them about this, and reiterated my previous email, as they had not replied. I asked that either the correct items be sent to me, or they refund me for the incorrect items.

Over a week later, I have received no reply. They only get 2 stars instead of 1 because the first order included a cute free gift and the items were cheap (luckily).
