£35+ for burger and chips, arrived cold, would have been nice had it at least arrived warm (Uber took 40 odd minutes to deliver as driver had other stops before me). Someone somewhere should know it was too long to deliver and spoil the food, Uber or Bunandsum to blame? Huge disappointment from my first time ordering from there.

Dreadful food. Mushy burger, thin limp bum that disintegrated. Would not go back. Soft drinks only served from can.

Upsetting service and lack of accountability.

Ordered via ubereats and waited for over an hour. Kept checking in with our rider who was waiting at the restaurant for a while. Just as he said our order was ready, the order was cancelled and we had no way of contacting bunandsum nor the rider. I reached out via instagram, they immediately got back, apologised, and invited us to order again but said they would fully refund the amount of the new order to compensate us for our troubles. We were never compensated however. I checked in with them and was assured this would be taken care of. Since then I have been ghosted by the restaurant and one month later, we have not been compensated. Absolute shame.

Best burger in London! getting there is a bit of a trek if you dont live in east London but the burgers are amazing! made similar to Five Guys but better, not too heavy that I had to have 2. Friendly staff, quick service. Its definitely a take away only (for now) or stand and enjoy it outside. The range of burgers are simple and not soo complicated. The beed ribs are awesome as well. They only do delivery or pick up. The food is Halal as well
