Absolute nightmare of a company. I've been trying to reach out for months, their phone number doesn't work for call or text like they claim or it does and no one replies. I've been trying to make a return for several months of an unopened box to no avail and keep receiving late payment notices. I'm not paying $370.03 for a pump that retails for $107.00 on the momcozy site. This is my last effort to get someone to get in contact with me after 6 attempts, all of which have been documented.
Nothing in here was for my wife's " bump" besides the teether and onesie I added, she received face wash, a face mask, a face brush and a headband. Like wtf, I didn't order and pay for a upgraded pregnancy box to get cheap beauty products when my wife already has all that. What a bunch of BS. Totally disappointed
Bump box fails to let the consumer know what they are buying. Deceptive Practice. you are told a price with a discounted price and then you add a couple products to the first box. the second box is billed at an exhorborent price! with little disclosure to what you're getting for your dollars. The first box cost 96.93 with a few added items. from the time they billed the account it took 6 days. the second box was billed 7 days ago and no shipping to date. I have called them numerous times. WHAT A JOKE a phone line that cues you to nothing. Then you text as they tell you and nothing. I have emailed them on their site; they state it will take 72 hours to get back and then NADA. So, from what I can see. They proport that I have save 18 hours on time researching products to what I don't know i am researching. false. They state I have saved $65 dollars to what? because, we cannot tell what was purchased as the billing invoice fails to state what we purchased this is again. false. they give us 145 points. now if your trying to figure out what your buying and go into the order bin. you are not allowed to delete the orders! HOW GREAT IS THAT! you not allowed to decide to keep or delete your items. This site has promise however, customer service is key, and they get an F- on this. I just wanted to know what I am buying and why I am being charge 96.93 and 53.97 for a product that clearly states 38.00 plus 1.99 protection on mailing, and a discount of nov code of -12.00. Total monthly cost 28.98??? I ordered 12 months of trash talk and no good information. Cavet Emptor. Let the buyer beware. As a consumer in the USA, we have a right to know what we are buying, full disclosure is key. Amazon allows us to see and know at all times what we are buying. So, why is this company any different. IF you have problems, I suggest you follow protocol and when they fail file a complaint with FTC on disclosure. BIG FAIL!!!! To cancel they will charge your card $25.00 even when your already being overcharged and they do not disclose. I waited I gave them ample opportunity to give me an itemized invoice. Also send a letter to their address: 7719 N Pioneer Lane, Peoria, IL 61615 Go look at complaints at BBB. Make sure you state you want to cancel your plan and close out your account. Many have had repeat billing due to clicking the wrong box. HOW GENIOUS! FTC could benefit from the information.
I have tried to cancel this subscription that should have already run out. The kid is 6 months old!they keep charging my account!!!!you can't reach them. They never answer the phone that is on a loop. Horrible company!!!
Writing this review as a the sender of boxes.. They ask you what subscription package you’d like up front (6 month, 9 month etc), yet still charge beyond that and expect you to call and cancel. As a gift giver, it’s much easier and more cost effective to put together a basket of your own to send…

I signed my daughter up for the 6 month bumpbox. They said I when signed up, I agreed to an automatic renewal??? For a pregnancy box??? The baby is born. So now it fills to something called bitsy? Never heard of it and certainly never agreed to it.
I am filling fraud through my bank today.

Bump Boxes is a scam. I signed up for a 6-month subscription, only to be charged for months I didn’t authorize. Their auto-renewal terms are buried in the fine print and not clearly communicated during checkout. Despite reaching out with evidence of the original agreement, they refused to issue a refund, showing a complete disregard for their customers. I’ve since filed a dispute with my credit card company and want to warn others about their deceptive practices. Beware of this company—they prioritize profits over transparency and customer satisfaction.

Very disappointed. I tried my first bump box and didn’t think it was worth the money so I cancelled the subscription and they charge $25 just to cancel it. Messed up.

I can’t speak on the quality of these items as I ordered the box for a friend, but I find the practic of auto renew beyond the subscription to be shady and unethical. I’m sure many people are subscribed without realizing they are paying beyond their understood date of completion. Shame on this company. If they were actually good, quality, and worthwhile, they wouldn’t have to resort to such unethical practices.

I subscribed to Bump Box for what I thought was a 9-month plan, only to find out later that it automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel. This was never clearly communicated upfront and feels like a deceptive practice to catch customers off guard with extra charges.
On top of that, the quality of the items in the boxes is very disappointing. We received way too many of the same items, especially lotion. For the high cost of the subscription, I expected more variety and higher-quality products. Instead, we got repetitive, cheap items that don’t reflect the price we’re paying.
We also had an issue with a broken item, and while they did offer a replacement, it was frustrating that when we chose a different item, they still sent us the same product again in later boxes. Now we have duplicates like two identical picture frames, which just adds to the overall feeling that the service is poorly managed and not customer-focused.
I cannot recommend Bump Box based on my experience. The lack of transparency, poor product selection, and unhelpful customer service make it a waste of money.

Horrible. I never upgraded my boxes the website just did that added an extra 13$ and then never gave me any upgraded boxes. Then after my 6 month subscription was over they kept charging me. This is an awful service and the boxes are no good. DO NOT BOTHER

Getting somebody on the phone for customer service is like pulling teeth display should go out of business if they don’t wanna do business with you then don’t bother

I would give a 0 but it won't let me!! Big Time scam alert!!! Stay away from!! When you try and use the gift cards they ask for your pay pal account info and charge your account instead of using the gift card balance. SCAM!!!

Beware! This company will sell you a “six month” subscription as a gift option for someone in your life and then keep charging you for monthly subscriptions after the six months is finished. Very underhanded. I would expect this if I signed up for a subscription with no finite terms attached. However, six months is quite finite. The expectation is that it ends in 6 months as it was not just a subscription but a SIX MONTH subscription. And no where in the terms of service does it say that if you buy a finite subscription that it will continue on no matter what.

Reply from Bump Boxes
Be aware they continue to send you boxes unless you cancel your subscription. Although this is a common practice for subscriptions this is a new level of fraud since they advertise and you choose a 3, 6, or 9 month subscription.

Reply from Bump Boxes
Make sure you read the fine print, you will be charged $25 fee if you try to cancel your subscription for any reason. My daughter was gifted another box by her MIL and I could not cancel this one without paying the fee....so I guess she gets 2 boxes! Also, as the gift giver, I have no way of seeing what is in each box after they are sent until my daughter has to send me a video. I should be able to go onto the website and actually see the products that I have paid for after they are sent. Very disappointed in the entire experience with Bump Box and will not be recommending to anyone. And yes, I have spoke to customer service about these issues several times and never get resolution.

Massive WARNING: DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM.
I bought a 6-month Bump Boxes subscription for my wife, expecting it to end after six months. Instead, they kept charging me for additional months without clear disclosure of their deceptive auto-renewal policy. When I reached out, they refused to refund even a single month, basically saying they don’t care about their customers. The products included are poor quality, useless, or otherwise offer no value. Almost everything in the 6-month subscription has been trashed. This is a predatory, misleading scam, especially targeting new parents. I will go out of my way to warn everyone in my large network to avoid Bump Boxes like the plague.

Very misleading and disappointing. I should have known when my second box had many items that were also in the first box. I was glad that you could “return” items for credit and buy new items, even though they have prices inflated. Example is an ubbi pacifier holder that is $5 on Amazon is listed as $10 on their site.
What disappointed me most was that I signed up for a 6 month subscription, but apparently you keep getting boxes until you cancel. The representative I spoke with said “we inform you when you signed up that this would happen.” Oh, 6 months ago I would have made a note to remember to cancel 6 months later? It’s misleading and predatory. I asked if there’s any way I could get a refund for the box that was purchased without my consent or agreement and she said “no cancellations or refunds.”
Definite scam , not worth it. About half the products were good and half were just “fluff”.
breastpump through insurance never apply from here
I would never recommend this company to any of my friends and colleagues had a horrible experience here dealing with everything and they says they will give you free breast pump through insurance and will charge copay and all the amount from the customer. They ask me $500 for a breast pump that cost $94 at amazon. And after bargaining with the customer care they approved for $115 for those pump which should be free of cost from insurance. I had terrible experience from here. Ruined 3-4 days just bargaining here. Fake company only here to earn benefits from insurance companies & people.

I purchased a 6 month subscription for my daughter, it was her first pregnancy so I was extremely excited when I found this business all over social media. It seemed wonderful. Had l know it was a pain in the butt to cancel, I would not have bothered. I would have sent my own care package every month. After the 6 boxes were paid for, I sent a text to the number provided on the website. From there I get a response to contact them via email and that this is the only way to cancel. So I did. After I sent an email requesting to cancel, I get another email from them stating that due to higher than normal volume I could take a few days to get a response and in bold there was a message warning that if you email back again too soon, your email will be put to the end of the queue. 10 days later I get a charge to my account for another box. I emailed again. They answer the same day and send me a link to cancel. And although I had fulfilled my subscription, their return policy stated they won’t do refunds on purchased boxes. So because their customer service never responded to ME after 10 days, I get charged for a box I did not want.
