Mixup in weight
Instead of receiving 5g i received 2g, so i enquired, apprantely there was a some kind of mixup so i am still waiting for another 3g which has been dispatched.

Im so happy with my gold transaction everyone was super friendly, the website transaction was simple and easy to navigate. I was kind of confused but I called them on the contact information and they were so nice and explained everything to me!! 10/10 totally recommend.

We can see that the order was placed on 30th December 2025, when the office was closed and no orders were being dispatched. There were numerous messages on the website, confirmation page, and emails stating: “Orders will be shipped from 7th January 2026 due to the Christmas/New Year office closure.”
Sorry if you missed this. Your order was dispatched on 8th January and delivered on 9th January.
